CleverWorks is a voice-powered assistant that integrates with third-party services, including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), to help you manage tasks through natural conversation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Google Account Linking

When you link your Google account, you authorize CleverWorks to access the Google services you approve during the OAuth consent process. You may revoke this access at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CleverWorks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CleverWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
