Voice and Conversation Data: Audio data and transcriptions generated during voice sessions to provide the assistant service.
Call History: Metadata about your voice sessions, including timestamps and summaries.

To provide and operate the voice assistant service.
To read, search, and send emails on your behalf when you request it.

To search and read your Google Drive documents when you request it.

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored per-user and are used solely to maintain your authorized access. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure

CleverWorks' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You can unlink your Google account at any time, which revokes our access and deletes your stored refresh token. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may revoke Google account access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the app.
